قام الرئيس «عبدالفتاح السيسي» بتوجيه (5) رسائل محددة للوفد الأمريكي، المعني بعملية السلام في الشرق الأوسط، والذي يتكون من «جاريد كوشنر» كبير مستشاري الرئيس الأمريكي، رئيسا للوفد و«جيسون جرينبلات» المساعد الخاص للرئيس الأمريكي عضوا ومبعوثه للمفاوضات الدولية، و«دينا حبيب» نائبة مستشار الأمن القومي الأمريكي للشئون الاستراتيجية عضوا ، وحضر اللقاء «سامح شكري» وزير الخارجية، واللواء خالد فوزي رئيس المخابرات العامة، خلال جلسة المباحثات بمقر رئاسة الجمهورية، بمصر الجديدة .
الرسالة الأولى : التعاون الثنائي أكد «السيسي» حرص مصر على تعزيز العلاقات بين مصر والولايات المتحدة في مختلف المجالات، مشيرا إلى أن ذلك يتطلب استمرار التشاور والتنسيق بين البلدين .
الرسالة الثانية : القضية الفلسطسنية وضح «السيسي» للوفد الأمريكي أهمية الوصول إلى حل دائم وعادل للقضية الفلسطسنية، مؤكدا على استعداد مصر الدائم إلى التعاون مع الاطراف المعنية والأطراف الدولية في هذا الملف خلال الفترة القادمة
الرسالة الثالثة : العلاقات المصرية الأمريكية توافق الطرفان المصري والأمريكي على ضرورة توطيد وتنمية العلاقات بين البلدين، ودعمهم لأي مسعى من شأنه تطوير العلاقات على مختلف الأصعدة .
الرسالة الرابعة : مكافحة الإرهاب وضح الرئيس «السيسي» بكلمات قوية للوفد الأمريكي خطر الارهاب، وأهمية تجفيف منابع الامداد والتمويل التي تمده بالمال والسلاح والدعم اللوجستي، وقد أعرب الوفد الأمريكي عن تقديرهم للجهود التي تبذلها مصر على صعيد مكافحة الإرهاب والتطرف .
الرسالة الخامسة : السياسة الخارجية أكد الرئيس «السيسي» للوفد الأمريكي أن سياسة مصر الخارجية قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل بينها وبين بلاد العالم، كما أنها تلتزم بعدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية لأي دولة، كما أكد الوفد الأمريكي لسيادته على أن السياسة الخارجية للولايات المتحدة، تعتمد على دول محورية تعتبرهم ركائز لها على مستوى العالم منها مصر التي تتميز بثقل سياسي وموقع جغرافي فريد، وتاريخ عريق .

Message 3: Egyptian-American Relations The Egyptian and US parties agree on the necessity of consolidating and developing relations between the two countries and supporting them in any endeavor to develop relations at various levels.
The US delegation expressed its appreciation for the efforts exerted by Egypt in the fight against terrorism and extremism.
